We understand things happen. In the event you are not satisfied, or simply need something else, we offer a seven day return policy. Servers returned within 7 days from receipt will receive a full refund for the price of the server hardware.
Note: We cannot refund special order software like Microsoft Open License and vmWare.

Please note that returns outside of the seven day period will be at our discretion and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• Please try to contact us before returning your item at 314-921-9700.
• The return period starts when you receive the product.
• The return tracking number must be created before the 7 day period has expired.
• Returned items must be shipped back fully insured.
• Please use the original packaging if possible.
• Original shipping and return shipping costs are NOT refundable.
• Returns will NOT be accepted after 30 days.
• NO refunds on software licenses.
• Restocking fee applies immediately to special order items*.
*For example, if we sourced an item we don't typically stock to accommodate your needs
